USA Fireworks Managers

We are looking to hire 90 managers for the upcoming fireworks season in Indianapolis and Surrounding Cities:

• Position begins June 1st and concludes by July 15th
• Pay is 8% of store sales.
• Our average store does $52,000 in sales.
• The lowest store last year did $22,000 and the best store did over $200,000.
• Managers are responsible for all store sales and operations.
• A $200 weekly advance is paid for each week worked in the store.
• Managers must ensure store is staffed all open hours.
• Managers are responsible for paying their own assistants.
• Expect long hours. The hours will be long, but not physically demanding.
• The month begins very slowly and you will be required to be at your store, but you are allowed books, TVs, & radios to help pass the time.
• From about June 25th through July 5th you will be very busy.
• You will probably not need help running your store until the final week before July 4th.
• Managers are allowed to take time off as long as a trained assistant covers their store.
• Managers are responsible for setting up, inventorying, and tearing down their store.
• We will conduct a full day of training at the end of May. The day will be determined by your store location.
• You will have a lot of independence in running your store.
• Each store will have a regional manger. This person will help you and be your main contact person.
